Job Description

Should essentially be a permanent resident of Bihar/ Jharkhand ;
Should be a Law Graduate with MBA/Post Graduate in Human Resources;
Should have excellent communication skills;
Should be open to Travelling Outstation frequently to various sites, Courts etc.
Should have handled HR function with Legal/Statutory liabilities independently for 8 to 12 years preferably in Real Estate Industry;
WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :

Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Performance Appraisal, Employee-Life-Cycle of the Employees/ Company;
Overall management of Payroll ;
Formulate company's SOPs and implement successfully;
Legal Compliances throughout Human Resources functions ;
Representing on behalf of the company in Cases ;
Contract Employees matters ;
Liaisoning with Government Authorities i.e., PF, ESI Contract Labour Authorities etc. ;
Vendor selection, management and development ;

Salary 4 Lac 50 Thousand To 7 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
