SHOULD BE A PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED CA/CFA/POST GRADUATE IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTS.
WOULD BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF MANAGEMENT TEAM OF THE GROUP
SHOULD BE EXPERT IN AL FINANCIAL & ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS & RISK MANAGEMENT.
SHOULD HAVE HANDLED/MANAGED INVESTORS RELATIONS, COMMERCIALS, ACCOUNTING, TAXATION, LEGAL & TREASURY MATTERS;
WOULD HELP IN PREPARE FUTURE STRATEGIC PLANS AND INITIATIVES FOR THE COMPANY;
FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS & PROCESSING SYSTEMS ;
DEVELOPING FINANCIAL AND TAXATION STRATEGIES;
MANAGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY TRANSACTIONS (ACCOUNTS & FINANCING OUTSOURCING)
SHOULD HAVE THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF DUE DILIGENCE & ACQUISITION PROCESSES;
FUNDS MANAGEMENT - INVESTMENTS, CASH MANAGEMENT, BALANCES;
FORECASTING,
DEBT & EQUITY FINANCING
INTERACTION/HANDLING THE INVESTMENT BANKERS & INVESTORS;
INVESTMENT COMMUNITIES CONFERENCES;
