Job Description

Senior Executive/asm/sm (3-10 Years Exp) Would Be Responsible for : 
 
sales & Marketing/business Development/branding of the Food/confectionery Products of One of the Most Reputed Group of Industries in India.

would Be Overall Responsible for Increasing the Market Share and Revenue Generation Across the Branded Products Already Established Its Brand Name/reputed in the Industry;


monitor, Support and Motivate Sales and Marketing Team and the Distribution Channel to Achieve Their Targets Periodically/ Regularly;

review of Performance of the Distributors Channel and Sales Team and Check the Gap and Take Actions to Fill the Gaps;

conduct Regular Meetings with Sales Teams and Distribution Channel and Take Immediate Actions Required as per the Feedback;

monitoring the Distributors\\\' Feedback and Analyse On the Basis of Dsr of the Sales/managers;

looking After the General Trade Business in His Area of Operations/sales
achieving Primary Targets Driven By Secondry Through Proper Sales Planning and Review

ensuring Visibility At Eye Level in Outlet to Support Off Takes.

sales Team Training & Development: Guiding & Motivating Sales Team for Achievement of all the Sales Kpis

new Product Launch, Brand Promotion & Tracking Competitors Activities.
maintaining and Servicing Existing Customers and Developing New Business Where the Opportunity Occurs Promotional Activities

Salary 3 Lac To 6 Lac P.A.
